Dr. Ashleigh N. Wojslawowicz

Dr. Ashleigh N. Wojslawowicz serves as the Principal Researcher and Lead Consultant for The Stono Group, LLC. Dr. Wojslawowicz has over a decade of practical field experience serving a municipal law enforcement agency, where she achieved certification as a Certified Senior Crime Scene Analyst through the International Association for Identification. Dr. Wojslawowicz received her doctorate from Charleston Southern University, with an emphasis in Organizational Leadership. Her research interests include law enforcement recruitment and retention, with an emphasis on practical applications for police executives. Dr. Wojslawowicz has shared her research on international platforms, to include the American Society for Evidence Based Policing (ASEBP) and the International Association for Chiefs of Police (IACP). Dr. Wojslawowicz is a Subject Matter Expert for the National Center for Biomedical Research and Training through Louisiana State University, where she develops CBRNE/WMD curriculum and provides training deliveries for domestic and international first responders on behalf of the Department of Homeland Security and Department of State. Dr. Wojslawowicz is also an adjunct faculty member for the Michael Sattler School of Public Service at Truett McConnell University.
