Retainer
Minimum $5,000 retainer which must be paid in advance. This retainer will include the first 40 hours of work on each project. Any amount of this retainer, in excess of the amount billed against it, is non-refundable. Charges exceeding the original retainer are invoiced monthly. If requested, The Stono Group, LLC will provide a total cost estimate for services rendered to the client prior to the issuance of the retainer contract.
Hourly Rate
$150 per hour for all work completed after the first 40 hours of work on each project.
Travel Expenses
Should travel be necessary, all travel-related expenses will be invoiced as follows. These fees, if required, are not included in the retainer fee.
- Airfare, rental car, lodging, and meal expenses invoiced based on actual cost.
- Automobile travel invoiced based on the prevailing federal mileage rate plus actual expenses.
- Travel time (portal to portal) invoiced at $75 per hour.
Payment
All invoices, if required, will be sent on a monthly basis and must be paid within 30 days of receipt. Any past-due balances will incur a 1.5% monthly penalty. All payments shall be made payable to: The Stono Group, LLC.
